equimolar fatty acids, alkylethylenediamine and 0.03% sodium borohydride are successively put into the reaction kettle, benzene is added as solvent, heated and refluxed, and benzene-water azeotrope is continuously distilled. When no water is evaporated, the benzene is evaporated, and the temperature is gradually increased to 180~200 ℃. Finally, the water and toluene remaining in the reaction system are evaporated under reduced pressure. The acid value was measured by sampling. When the acid value was less than 0.5 mg KOH/g, the reaction was completed. It can also be monitored by infrared spectroscopy, I .e. 1 560cm-1 and 1 638cm-1 amide peaks disappear. There is strong absorption of imidazoline ring at 1 600cm-1.
